Is there a way to downgrade emunand without losing installed cia?
I know how to reformat emunand to downgrade it, and how to install update cia from updateCDN. But I'm afraid of losing all the cia I installed. Am I doomed and there's no way around it?

I hope to keep emunand on 9.2 this time, so I can use the Animal Crossing Ram Editor. Wish I kept sysnand on 9.2 before! I'd need to buy or rent Code Name Steam to update sysnand to 9.4.

I thought you could download the old browser from 3dnus and be able to use web based hacks on the newest emunand?
