FIXED: Issue was the SD card. Workaround: update on old 2GB SD card and inject on other non-working SD card. Et voila!

Hey all,

I'm trying to update my freshly dumped 4.x emuNAND to the newest version, however as I try to do this I get a black screen with the text "An error has occured. Press power to blahblahblah".

This has happened twice in a row now. Anybody care to lend a hand? :)

Sure your not updating the sysnand, it did have GW3D in the title of the firmware in emunand settings before you started to update? Just out of curiosity has the system nand screen got the green Miiverse icon on it in the top right hand corner?

Sysnand is still on 4.1.

Background download, eh? Gotta try that :)

Try to let your 3ds in sleep mode (on emunand) for a background download.

Does it download in the background on 4.1?

EDIT:

Seems the problem was the SD card. Tried the original 2GB SD card and that somehow works. *off to injecting this emunand on my 32GB card*
