Homebrew Gateway doesn't see 3ds files

OK this is probably very noob but I received try got a gateway and copied all my roms to the sd card using Windows Explorer (copy and paste) and when I press select it says it cannot see the games. Any ideas?

Did you put them in the right card? I mean the microsd card that goes into the gateway card, not the 3ds itself (sorry better ask ehehe). You should also check the microsd card filesystem, maybe it's NTFS and you need to format in fat32

I have never really used gateway so I'm gonna take a stab in the dark but, are you sure they are working in the first place? As in other people have reported it working.

I formatted it to exfat, not fat32and yes I put it in the right card, white card red label with the little lip on the top left

Yes, well you could try to run the card checks into the gateway menu and see if it's everything ok
