Hacking Gateway Corrupting My Save?

I'm dual booting Luma & Gateway CFW. Gateway is used solely to find cheats, and when I use Luma & JKSM to restore my Animal Crossing New Leaf save, it persists to stay, even after reboot. However, when I boot into Gateway, when I try launching Animal Crossing (cia EUR version), the save corrupts.
This just started happening today. What should I do? I kind of need my save file so I can search for cheats that require 4 players (my save)
