+1 for speed modifier on overworld! Maps are way too large and uninteresting for such slow monsters.

float means the value has decimals (ie: 2.437, 1.1, 0.1, etc.)
integer means whole numbers (ie: 1, 2, 3, 4)
since everything is dealt with hex, you have to use a float to hex converter
