Hacking Gateway 3DS Availability

Okay so after waiting for ages and worrying the fuck out of myself, I finally got my Gateway card today. And it's not like the mailman gave it to me, I HAD TO ASK wether he had a package for me or not...

Anyway, I don't know if this is the first bit of proof that buygateway3ds.com delivers and doesn't scam, but yeah I got it.
The condition it came in wasn't the best. When I went to open the package I saw that the white card was just sitting loose in the box...

Also, there wasn't any manual or anything included. Is this normal?

came to post the same thing. Got mine from buygateway3ds.com while I was on vacation. Not the best condition but it works. Just need to find someone to buy it off of me since I now have 2 lol. Glad it wasn't a scam though.
 
Seems you got the new packaging, feels like this one holds the cards more firmly, even through you said the white one was loose. I guess its a lot of trowing around to bare.

Well I'm glad to see they finally arrived. How long did it take? Was it shipped from china or uk?

Regarding my problem with them (they charged me twice), when they came back from holidays they fixed it and refunded me the second charge so seeing that you got yours , I will wait patiently(sort of) for mine to arrive. Thanks for the heads up!
 
That's something I've found consistent with US customers: Beat up packaging, loose cards inside. Meh, as long as it's not damaging to the cards, I guess it could be worse.

Shipping took about 2 and a half weeks. I dunno where it shipped from. I can check the packaging when I get home from work though.
 
My order from cymods placed on the 5th arrived on Saturday the 12th, with express shipping option. Package was sent from Cyprus. Not the fastest express shipping but ok. Card working great so far. Mostly been playing Rune Factory 4. Tried out New Super Mario Bros 2 and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D.
 
I have ordered from http://www.0shippingzone.com/gateway-3ds-cards-for-nintendo-3ds.html 10 September, the package was sent 11 September, the tracking # was provided for me but it never worked. They were feeding me with “tomorrows” via e-mail and telling me about batteries x-ray control on HK post, whatever. One day, after the month has passed already I contacted them and asked about the order. They said that they changed post service to chinapost and gave me new tracking number. The package was dated 14 September and it was arriving from Switzerland. I live near Moscow and I received my package today. Seems to be working fine even the build quality and the quality of the connectors (tracks) on Blue Gateway card is terrible. Red Gateway has horrible SD slot that seems to be likely defective but working.
 
Is there a general consensus on the best site to buy from in the US (I live in MA)? Seems like people have had to wait quite a bit ordering from certain sites and I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Hi guys!

I've been following the forums for a bit (and now registered), but I made a mistake and ordered through buygateway3ds. Thankfully, they are not a scam!, even though their site is kinda shady.
So, one more okay for the site. It's been both fun and stressing following this threads.

The problem is that now I have another one, from teensy. Is there any place, here or elsewhere, where I could try to sell it? Unopened, if you want, pay on delivery if members vouch for you, I guess. Hope this isn't too rude since I'm offering the chance to have it quickly (in Europe, anyway).
 
Hey guys i'm looking for a place that has the Gateway in their stocks , accepts paypal and can send with express shipment or at least with tracking.Also if would be awesome if that place is not in china because of the HK post issues.There is 86 pages of stuff here but its mostly people saying i have ordered stuff on XX and where is it or it didnt arrive yet etc.

Care to help me with this?

My order says shipped and its been about 2 weeks and still have not received it.
 
does somebody bought it from one of these places and send it to a different country than US in the americas? I want to buy it from central america, but I do not know well from which or if it is possible.. doesn't matter that they last a month or two.. I'm used to it by buying from dealextreme.com

If you're in Mass., then I'd suggest ModChipsDirect since they ship outta NY.
 
I finally got my gateway from buygateway3ds, after all that happened, I feel lucky that it arrived and the credit card problem was solved. It took less than 20 days and it was shipped from singapur in case someone is interested (although in the web they clearly say they ship from the uk).
So now all that's left is to enjoy it.

My gateway arrived today! Also ordered from buygateway3ds.com some weeks ago. Apparently, it's not a scam site, so if you don't mind their minimalist approach to customer service and being lied to ('ships from UK', '9000 in stock') then go ahead and order something.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've some games to play ;p

Can anyone who ordered from Teensy tell me how the order process was for them? I ordered yesterday and it has been 'order processing' since then.
