Looks like mine finally showed up when I got home from work, after being a week late due to "adverse weather conditions" by UPS. Got mine from modchipcentral. Found that mine didn't come with a second sticker on the back of the Red card, guess they were to lazy to just send a sticker with the thing so I can cover it up myself..

Anybody received theirs from NDS-card via HK air mail? Mine still says "tracking data not available" despite being supposedly sent 27th Aug.

I would also like to know if anyone received their card from NDS-card via HK air mail. Mine was supposedly sent over a week ago yet still no tracking information available. Very disappointing seeing as they are a trusted seller, I am starting to wonder if they even have stock.

Same here. Tracking still not working, although hongkong post tracking has never worked reliably for me (no matter where I ordered from).
 
Whoa, whoa. Everyone just calm down. Age is just a number and it doesn't matter how old you are because you're all acting immature. Aside from converting this forum topic into an all-out flame war I'm pretty sure no one cares about, how about we try to stay on-topic so that people don't have to read through pages of useless banter?

On-topic: RHS got their shipment. Earlier today the website said "available". Now it is saying "Out-of-stock". Thus, whatever units they did have left-over from the shipment they received have either sold, OR they got less units than they were expecting. In either case, RHS currently doesn't have stock for anyone that didn't pre-order and seeing as the topic is availability I'd say theirs is none until further notice.

To everyone that did get their pre-order in, kindly just hold on for the next couple of days. Bombing them with messages and e-mails might get you an answer, but in all likelihood it's just going to slow them down in actually shipping out the units they received. Until one of us hears more from RHS, either via their website or through e-mail or personal message let's just consider this topic closed.

They have the units. They are shipping them out. Now we wait.
 
Technically, the day DID end as it's 5:00 over here and most of the time, customer service is off then. I live in NJ which the exact state they are in. Hell, I'm 45 minutes away from West Windsor.

It's out of character for them to just not respond at all. Every other order I ever made with them, I had an answer in less than four hours. Now, radio silence. NOTHING. Something is not right at all.



Don't bother. I've been calling every hour since I got home. I always get a message that the parts department is not available. When I DID reach someone this morning, the phone on their end kept cutting in and out.

This only FURTHERS my suspicions.....

Yea, I actually got a hold of them on the phone this afternoon too, and it kept cutting in and out. I'm not sure, but I think maybe they were saying something about needing my credit card number, and I just hung up.
 
You can't track airmail, even if you get a tracking ID. Airmail doesn't use the same IDs used in tracking ID. I have used airmail enough times to know that.

You can only track the package if it enters back in the normal mail service route, then the tracking ID can be used. Airmail is like a blackout zone for tracking.

So you can only track once it hits here (UK- royalmail in this case)? What about before it hits the air, shouldn't there be tracking for that? So standard hongkong post->blackout->local mail service?
 
airmail more or less doesn't seem to even get scanned.

Standard postal has tracking ID. It is just that airmail is the "WTF, can't track" option.

Ordered with DX a long time ago and picked airmail alot, after a while my option of airmail option was "Fuck airmail, I'd rather track my shit."
 
And my country doesn't support post tracking :S

So it's gonna be one blind run until it gets to me. If it gets here at all...
 
I ordered from RHS stuff too, sent an email around 8AM. Surprised I haven't heard anything back, but considering I'm not the only one anxious about their gateway, I'd imagine they'd be more interested in telling people when they shipped out rather than try to contact everyone about when in the future they'd be.

Ordered with DX a long time ago and after a while my opinion of DX was "fuck DX, I'd rather order from a place that actually ships what I order (listed as being in stock) within a month." I don't even care about actual shipping time, expect that to be long from HK, but if you don't send it, that's like, not helping.

I don't know what you ordered from DX back in the day to not ship in over a month or 2, not my problem. I used DX as an example of how the tracking doesn't work with airmail options when anybody in HK ships EMS airmail.
 
My RHS order status has just been updated from "partial" to "pre-order." I must admit that's quite disconcerting...
 
My update status has also been updated to preorder. I think that means that the shipment has been shipped. I believe that everything is going to be fine we just need to be patient. I believe waiting until tomorrow should show some results or explain something at least. No reason for everyone getting hasty and mad. Im even trying to have patience myself guys. been waiting for two weeks now. patience...

Hell, I'd say wait for about 48 hours before you fire off another angry email.
 
So, I got a reply to one of my emails. It says "Your order will be shipping shortly." Not tomorrow, not today, just shortly. (Also, gmail flagged it as a possibly malicious e-mail, which my other ones hadn't before)

I also got my status changed to pre-order. I think this definitely means we weren't part of the first batch after all.

EDIT: I misread the e-mail. It said "You will be receiving it shortly." Well that's great and all, but there's no tracking number, is there. Again, it's also flagged, so I dunno.

No. Read above where I quoted the message they just sent me. Your order is shipping tomorrow.

Gmail flagged it malicious because RHS foolishly forges the "from:" line to reflect the "to:" line. It looks like it's from the sender, setting off phishing heuristics. It's not a concern.
