Hacking Gateway 3.4.1 firm. question

Hi iguys been ubsent from the scene for quite a long time and i want to ask if Gateway 3.4.1 is compatible with the latest emunand firmware for o3ds.
Qurrently i am in 9.4 emunand and i want to update it to the latest one.

Emunand on an Old 3DS can be updated the latest firmware (currently 10.2.0-28 U) if your using Gateway or CFW.
