I have backed up everything that was on the 3dssd card, then I formated sysnand then emunand, when I put everything back on the SD card my eshop games don't show on the menu but I can download them from eshop, how can I get my saves back?

I keep getting the 003-3301 error on this step "NOW turn ON your wifi and refresh the page, the screen will wig out your 3DS and bring you to this screen:", on my 9.2 3ds, even after a system format.

Did you find an answer? I may have found the cause... Mine does it if my router SSID is named after a Nintendo Zone (In my case _The Cloud)
