gateshark codes for old pokemon games

Trying to find codes for luma menu to use for the old pokemon GBA games, I used nsui to get them and apparently I cant use Gameshark or codebreaker codes on the games, so does anyone know where I can find compatible codes.

There's no cheating for those gba VC injects sadly, unless you patch the gba rom prior before using them to make vc injects

Is there no way that codes can be made? I am able to get luma menu to show up and even put my own cheats in they just all show up red.
