Homebrew GameYob 3DS (bottom screen only)

Released a special version of GameYob 3DS (V1.0.8) where emulator and menu use only the lower screen.
In this version, the option related to game screen selection has been removed (has been created to be used in GBMacro's mod of 3DS).

I mostly found it by accident. It had been laying broken on my desk for about a year, but I eventually started trying different things to see if it would react in any way. I eventually found out about pressing three of the four wires that normally power the leds in the upper screen. It worked! Well that broke like a few months ago, so I traced the wires back to where they came from and eventually found out about this
