It's not real.

There is no way to play 3DS games without purchasing it legitimately.

I've seen tons of these kinds of videos on YouTube lately. They're scams that are meant to make the OP money. Or maybe just give the viewer a virus. Who knows what their intentions are. I did a bit of googling and actually found a forum that gives details on how they pull this off. Interesting read. YouTube Scam Tutorial
