I think most of the Dragon Quest games do, but 8... omg DQ8... so amazing.

Pretty sure that he meant an actual day/night cycle, not missions done during the day/night.

Warcraft 3, DOTA, and subsequently the DOTA clones, have the 15-minute day/night cycle.

Wow, really? I never even noticed a day/night cycle in WC3.

Skyward Sword technically didn't have one since day and night didn't "cycle," they were only manually triggered by the player by choosing to sleep in a bed.

Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon 2 on the N64, 2.5D platformer where things change when it's night, enemies appear and the drop rates gets doubled for example. I love to just stop by a town and enjoy the sunset while listening to the music gradually changing, fantastic game. Features co-op too if you know someone who's skilled at platformers.

Shantae and The Last Story IIRC
in Shantae the enemies are stronger at night, in The Last Story is a cosmetic change.
and thinking in cosmetic day/night, Borderlands 2 does that too.
