Hardware Games stop working randomly

On my USB memory stick when i add a new game onto the drive using WBFS manager another game or two will stop working altogether, resulting in no music or sound being played when selected in USB loader gx and when being selected to play having nothing but a black screen that results in me having to physically power down the Wii.
I have tried multiple loaders and had the same issue, if I add no new games the drive works fine and and all the games are completely fine, it is only when I add a new game, am I doing something wrong? Or is my memory stick perhaps not fully compatible?.
The flash drive is a Sandisk cruzer 32GB, any help would be deeply appreciated.

you using a program like wbfs manager to add the games?

yes they are backups of my own games, not pirate etc, and I keep the backups on my PC hard drive.

And your Sandisk cruzer 32GB fits 32gb on it?
Did you buy it from a store or Ebay?

from a store, i believe it fits just under that I'll have to check when I'm at home.
