I need to reinstall all games on my Switch. I use atmosphere (emuMMC) and I dont play online games. My plan is to format existing sd card, install kids games on it , buy extra sd card, install all games that are 18+ on it and just exchange them. Is it possible to be done without any future problems? How can I copy existing users and saves and get them back to afresh installed games before I format sd card? Will the game icons going to disappear/appear when I switch cards or it will show up a whole mix of them on homescreen with info that software needs to be downloaded? How it should be done correct? in sequence?

If you set up each SD card as a new card and have the emuNAND on each SD card. Then they will act completely separately from one another.

The issue you'll run into is you'll need to shutdown and re-inject the payload anytime you want to switch cards.

If you want to retain users and saves from the existing installation. You don't want to set up the new cards from scratch. Look for a guide on migrating to a new SD card for instructions, they are different depending on your emuNAND configuraiton.

If you want to keep users and saves it's easiest to keep the emuNAND and clone it to the new card, that will copy all the save data.
As you'll have two emuNANDs, they'll have a separate set of installed games. You'll have to power off or reboot into the Hekate main menu before swapping SD.

I was thinking about:
-making backup of users and saves (backup folder or use checkpoint?)
-cleaning switch from all stuff and formating sd card
-creating new emuNAND on sd card and keep copy of it on pc
-installing kids games on it
-buying new sd card, formating, placing copy of emuNAND from pc and installing my games on it

Is it good idea?

It would be faster to just make a second emuMMC.
