Gaming Games not working dsi xl ver 1.4.5 E help

A friend game me these two games
When I put them in my dsi xl it shuts it off to a black screen after I turn it on

Those are pirate games. It is likely that the DSi firmware you have has those games blocked, the DSi firmware v1.4.5 blocked permanently couple flashcarts as well if I remember correctly.

Try those on a DS/DS Lite or another DSi with lower firmware if you can and see if the problem persists. They might just be defective, you never know with these "x in 1" collections.

there xin1 card quality is very poor , and can't update.
another, i think 307 in 1, and 110 in 1, are very expensive too.

So, the best choice is get a R4i or Supercard DStwo card,
then download any roms you want to run,
and the card can update to work well on your console firmware

I've got both cards. I had got some more ds games.
What hardware /software I need to extract games out of them and put on a dstwo

Just download the games you want from the internet, should be a lot easier.

yes, there a many sites to download roms for free.

just know the R4i save dongle can backup the games saves from original game card to PC or flashcarts, or exchange game saves.
still don't know the device which can extract games out

Those are often just flashcarts in disguise from what I once read. Your best bet is to get a DS/Lite and play them on there, or get a flashcard that does work on 1.4.5 and roll from there.
