  The order numbers are # 6143, and # 6144. Both of these orders have a status of "No payment [fashionpay Payment]" and I noticed that I still have a R4i Gold 3DS Flash Card in my cart. I do not know if my order went through or not.

  Hello, I purchased one R4i Gold 3DS Flash Card from your website BestR4i3ds.com on 4/03/15 and upon processing my payment information I received the error: "Submit failed!, Response Code: 16, Please check your information or contact the technician". I went back to the BestR4i3ds.com, logged in, and went to my account to find that I have 2 previous orders, instead of one.

  I ordered a gateway3ds from your website on the 21st of Dec, it is now the 27th and singpost still gives me the shipment not received message. I tried contacting them to make sure and each time it's the same update. While contacting your website gave me nothing what so ever because your customer support started ignoring me after I informed them! I would like an action taken asap, whether a refund or instant shipment.
