Hacking Games loading from Hard Drive Externally

Does anyone know if it makes a difference to region lock, if I load games from other counties for instance NTSC on a PAL system from an external hard drive using wii flow? I am wanting NHL Slaphot but is only out in America.

I dont know if I understood your question correctly but... You can play other region games too.
Sometimes, older tvs dont support NTSC signal here in EU. So you might end up with black and white screen
