Hacking Question Games crash atmosphere

When I try to start a game, it just crashes after a bit of loading on the licensed by nintendo screen. This only happens with some games and the problem appeared out of thin air. Below is the crash screen (and btw there is no folder in contents called 010..0D):

What happens if you delete the atmosphere folder, redownload Atmosphere and your signature patches, try again?
