Can I use a PC gamepad on psp while outputting through to the TV via composite cables?

I've done it with remotejoy, I was hoping there would be another instance that this would be possible.

    Didn't you ask this before?

There's no homebrew to do this, one of the current ones would need to be modified.

remotejoy, or if you have a PSPgo get a PS3.

you're actually best off using the TV-out feature of your PC(almost all computers now have it) to put the remotejoy output on your TV.
fullscreen, full speed, and with the ability to use a pc controller.

A PSP Go can do this natively if you pair your PS3's controller to it via Bluetooth.
