i've got the newest gamecube launcher (0.2) working but i was wondering if there was a force PAL mode? i'm playing an NTSC game on a PAL console with an rgb cable and usually i have to force the PAL60 video e.g. in the usb loaders but i can't seem to do it in the gamecube launcher. could someone give me some insight on this please? thanks very much.

I've had the opposite issue (attempting to play a PAL game on NTSC console). If I tried to force it to NTSC, it'd just freeze at a black screen. Otherwise I'd get no video signal, yet I could hear noise.
Your best bet is to just find a native version of the game.
