Which region is the game, and which region is your Wii? Did you set the video mode for GC games to disc in NeoGamma? Once you get to the "NeoGamma GC Backup Launcher" screen, the installed MIOS only matters for the patched MIOS option.

What other games did you try?

Do you have an usb gecko? If yes, you could set NeoGamma to the debug plugin and post the debug output. Well this is not important, but if you had an usb gecko, it would be interesting.

Try disabling Reloader. There is no reason to have it.

There's no reason why it would screw anything up for this game. It's good to have it always on, some games require it on occasion where you don't expect it, like Eternal Darkness when you die.

I was running pal the wind waker resident evil code veronica disc 1 (pal) and my wii is Eu(pal)
and i was using game region as disc

Ok. Did you modify the .isos in any way? Shrinking? Multi game discs? If yes, which tool(s) did you use?

Should help to identify if it's a loader or disc problem.

Hmm, do you use component cables and 480p? If yes, does it work with the crap cables and 480i?

Ps. i am sure it is not a cable issue as i use both types of cabels component and standard composite still game hangs at launching game
