GameCube equivalent emulator spec

Forgive if this is wrong thread.

If I wanted to emulate GameCube on a PC,
what's the minimum spec I need to look at to decently emulate even the most demanding GameCube games?
I'm aware I'll need more processing than the original system..
But what kinda baseline do I need to be looking at?

A i5-4th gen with integrated graphics would run every gamecube games perfectly but it would be a bad choice for today still I would go for something way newer...
