Homebrew gamecube emulator problems on wii

Well I was playing some snes games on my wii and when I went to save on my gamecube memory card it was giving me an error "unable to mount memory card" I also didn't have any problems yesterday. Does anyone have any ideas what's wrong?

i save my data on a 3rd party card so it could be a problem thats its official

I have some more info now sometimes it is working when I unplug my memory card and put it back in however I have to do that about 20 times for it to work :| I have tried saving in my gamecube games and have no problems at all.
