GCN Gamecube DVD Disc Browser Version 1.5

This was released Augest 21st 2003 by "Sappharad". It allows the user to browse all files on "any" GC disc (albeit) in a single directory. You need to be able to boot ".dol" files, be it via ViperGC, Qoob, etc. I haven't confirmed if GC Loader supports it yet.

I know there's new options, especially the GCLoader (which I managed to grab one the 1st batch and solder in and it works amazing), but this is for those that like messing with legacy 3rd party hardware.
