I have a USB to 4 Gamecube port adapter for my Wii U (Nyko Branded) and it works with Smash U, but the Gamecube controller doesn't work in VC Gamecube injects. Is there a way to make it work?

I have the official GCN adapter and it works fine with injects. Maybe because yours is third party Nintendont isn’t recognizing it? You might have to make a custom USB controller configuration file to make it work, but I have never been able to get those working properly on Nintendont on my own. Maybe people in the Nintendont release thread can help you with this.
