Hacking gamecube backup launcher memory card compatiblity

hey all

im trying to play MGS:twin snakes the game runs fine i just have a small problem with saving.

i can save fine but then when i restart and try to load the file it says it is corrupted and cannot be loaded

i am using a third party memory card so im guessing that is the problem, is there a way to make that memory card not corrupt my files, if not can someone tell me which memory cards do work

i am using gamecube backup launcher 2.0 btw

Third party memory cards have been known to conk out with the GameCube. Your best bet might be reformatting the card, or getting a Nintendo Memory Card. I used Melee's debug menu... which is a bit farfetched, as the menus don't give much hints to their functions.
