Is it possible to store and run gamecube ar codes off the sd media launcher or is there any other way to run ar codes because I don't have and can't get the old ar with the memory card.

I don't think so.
The only methods I can think of to run cheats on GC games without a dic\mem card are:
Some GC modchips can launch games with cheats (my viper can), but you need the cheat files and, well, a mod chip.
I also know that you can install an AR channel on a Wii.
I think you might be SOL.
