Hacking Game.Wad problems?

Thanks for taking the time to read this..

My Wii is 3.2U FirmWare I have Wad Manger 1.3..

It Installed Back up Channel, NGC Loader and one Game.wad fine but I've tried 3 games and only 1 of the 3 work..

The games that don't work do this........
One game shows up as a Channel and had no errors when installing but it just resets the Wii when I select it..?
The other has a error code when trying to install it "R= -1" or something, there all NTSC..

Is there a custom IOS I need or something?
