PS1/2 Game search ps1 help

Hi, need help to find a game sorry if it's posted in an inappropriate section.

Ps1 game around 1995ish retro.
It's a Japanese game when i bought it long ago.
Turn Base game like monopoly.
Raises crops or planting when you land on a tile.
Anyone steps on an occupied or planted tile must pay like monopoly.
The player with most cash is rewarded with a house, each time winning the house gets upgraded.
There's a white cat will choose the previous winner's home and provide protection for the crops.
There is Event time and one of it is cooking event is to choose correct ingredients.

Haven't been able to find the game you're talking about since japan exclusive board games are a bit of a niche.
Games that are board games I've found so far are:
