Hardware Game pad Sync Error , WEIRD Symbols on Wii U

Please See the photo, when i try to sync my wii u gamepad i received this weird symbol, it is a miscellaneous of the 4 normal symbols, and i cant sync.

Have you tried to clearing all synced devices by holding down the Wii U sync button for at least 15 seconds?

Yes, i power on the Wii U and press button sync for 15 seconds, but nothing happen.

Unscrew back of Wii U Gamepad and unplug battery for 5 minutes and try again.
Try with another Gamepad since that one seems to have screwed firmware.

I have the same exact problem. The problem itself is the wii U system (I tried using the same gamepad on another wii U and it synced no problem there). I'm still trying to find a solution, don't want to spend several hours trying each and every possible combination (tho I don't think it would work either)
