Hacking game keeps loading

When I start my switch in CFW, all games with their logo appear on the start screen, but there is 1 logo screen that remains gray and continues to load.
I also cannot open or delete it.
Anyone have an idea what this is or how to fix it?

System Settings -> Data Management -> Software

Find position without any title and icon, click on it and choose "Delete Software".
