Apple Game keeps crashin' while loading. HELP ME please

Yesterday I got Call Of Duty: Black ops Zombie on my iPod touch 4G. I can play tutorial, and dead ops(even though dead ops sometimes crash). I can't play Kino Der Toten. I tried to have my iPod at best condition and tried to play Kino Der Toten, but does not work. I tried every way possible within my knowledge. If you can help me please help me.

The only tip I know is to restart the device. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling then restart the device.
