Hacking Game Guide and Cheat Codes not working

Ok, i got my ds2 few days ago. And i was told the eos v1.06 does not come with cheats or guide. For cheats, i was told to download http://www.mediafire.com/?m76ziinvzwpi6no unzip it and drag into dstwoplug folodr. So I did that and the cheat code list is still empty.

and how do i get the game guides? to work

you put the usercheat.dat file in the _dstwo folder
NOT the _dstwoplug

Also, you may have to run that usrcheat.dat under a Cheat Editor program (like R4CCE), and make sure all games are "enabled."
