Gaming "Game could not start (8002014)" Error

I am constantly getting the "Game could not start (8002014)" error on my PSP 3000. I've tried running all the drivers (m33, Sony, etc.) but none work. I've found several tutorials telling me to change certain settings in the recovery menu, however I cannot get to it becasue I'm running CFWe on a PSP 3000. How can I fix this error?
