Hacking Game asks software

Hello,
I have installed a new game on my switch but when i want to start it i get the message that i need the software and have to go to the e-shop.
I tried 3 games and they all have the same problem.
In the past it worked fine and the other games still work perfectly.

Didn't understand it quite well. Do you mean that it says that you need update your switch firmware or does it say that you need to update the game or something else?

There is a cloud symbol with arrow down above the icon and it asks for the software (i think the full game software), no update.

I understand what you mean. I used the new sigpatches and uninstalled those games with a cloud symbol with arrow down above the icon and reinstalled it. Works for me.

Try uninstall it and reinstall it. Don't worry.. You won't lose save anyway.

What are sigpatches ?

You might want to switch to another custom firmware, my friend.
Sigpatches are used in Atmosphere CFW to (basically) get rid of the pesky tests the switch does to confirm that your copy of the game is legit.
SXOS has something like that built in.

Are you sure you didn't just install an update or DLC for the game instead of the base game?

i'm sure it's no update.
i tried 3 games and there is 1 file with the game and 1 update file.
now i'm running sx os 3.0.5 but when i copy the 2.9.2 boot file to my sd i get the red error BOOT.DAT picture.

that happened to me with a non hacked switch when i managed software, that gets rid of the files but leaves the icon on the homescreen so you can downloadit fast instead of going to the eshop and find your software.

i recomend to uninstall those games that have the cloud with the system settings menu and reinstall them with whatever method you use.

i don't have SX but im pretty shure you want to change that CFW soon. atmos and reinx are good shot and easy to install...

I found the problem.
The switch doesn't install the split nsp files, only the updates.
How can i install the split files ?
There all together in a map on my sd.
