Hey everyone,
I'm going to buy a smartphone this month, and it's very hard to decide for me what smartphone to choose. Ultimately, there are two options for me;
The Samsung Galaxy S II, the fastest smartphone at the moment, but doesn't have a 3D screen
The HTC Evo 3D, it has HTC Sense, a modified version of Android which looks very good. The hardware is in theory the same as the Samsung, but in reality it's about 2/3 of the Samsung. However, it DOES have a 3D glass-less screen and two camera's which capture pictures (5M) and movies (720p) in 3D, and 1080p in 2D. Some say the 3D is pretty bad and not really worth it, and others say it's awesome.
They are both about the same price, so money is no problem.

So this is a very hard decision for me

, and I'm curios what you would get, and why.

edit: I forgot to mention that the Evo 3D comes out in august here, so that would mean I'd have to wait a month for it.

Well it appears that there are almost no apps in 3D (yet), except for the camera app ofcourse, and the whole Android OS is also not in 3D. So there's actually nothing to show off.
And yes I actually will use it only to show off and take 3D images

I'll go with S II.

Evo 3D... Sorry... 3D for a mobile phone doesn't seem very good. Especially with the smudges and stuff. Plus, 3D isn't really a blasting feature for phones. I prefer a faster one.

the 3d on the lg optimus 3d is better? serious question.

i'd go for the evo 3d for the following reasons:
-sense 3.0
-i dont really care if i gotta wait 1-2 secs more or less (im not sure about this yet)
-taking 2d pictures is still good
-the back looks better. i think it looks ugly on the s2
-3d is a chick magnet (unless it works)
