Looks like a powerful tool, but I still don't know if it can do what I need, so I'll ask just to be sure.
I was trying to get a good translation patch for Medarot 9, and found two:
1º - Translates part of the menu texts, while not translating conversations, but changes the game to Rokusho version. ['exefs' and 'romfs' folders]
2º - Translates the conversations, while the menu texts are poorly translated, but gives credits to the 1º one (makes no sense to me). [.cia file]
On Azahar emulator, I managed to add the 2º translation as a .cia file and combine it with the 1º by pasting the 'exefs' and 'romfs' folders in the 'mods' folder. Got really nice results.
Now, I wanna try to turn that final result into a whole and final .cci file, merging game, update, DLC and translation patchs.

No, I don't want it to do the whole work automatically, just letting me extract everything, replace files in the folders and pack it all back into a .cci file.
Is that possible using GabrieloRomToolsGUI?

Yes that should be possible, there should be a extract and rebuild cci respectively, when you extract to whatever folder you choose then just choose the same folder under rebuild folder and it should rebuild back to the file, hope this helps!

Note its called extract and rebuild 3ds, same thing not sure if i should rename to rebuild cci as thats the actual name of the format.

When I download the application, I am getting a Trojan warning from Defender? Is this known?

There should not be any trojan warning but since the program isn't signed and neither are the tools that it uses for the processes to work, then it is possibly going to flag it since it doesn't really trust it and signing would cost a lot of money so wouldn't be something I would be able to do, what is it flagging exactly, the program as a whole or one of the tools it uses, which will be in another folder as soon as you open the app?
