Hacking G6 Lite work with DQV?

Hi, trying to figure out if DQV works with G6 Lite? I can get it to load but I'm not sure if saving is ok? I get stuck at the boat and I have no idea how to use the codes with the G6 Lite so I used an EDGE DS to get past it and save and I tried converting the save file using shunyweb and the multisave converter but the new file shows up as lvl 1 with 0 time played and is at the beginning again.

Any advice? thanks

even if u can get it pass the boat...there are still many places where the storyline won't advance..the only solution now is to find a patch for the game

or hex edit it yourself with a hex editor
goto address 00062E78 and change E7280000　→　CC000000
