I just updated my program to copy NDS and GBA savegames from your G6 lite to a given folder.
Use the autorun.inf to configure the program.

autorun.inf:
---------------------------------------
[autorun]
icon=G6-Backup.exe
Label=G6 Lite
Shell\Backup=Backup all G6 Lite savegames
Shell\Backup\Command=G6-Backup.exe

[G6backup]
Backupfolder=e:\Saves
DS=1
GBA=1
Zero=0
---------------------------------------

Configuration in autorun.inf
1. You can specify a backupfolder in the Backupfolder parameter. Folder is created if it doesn't exist and creates NDS & GBA folders in this one if needed.
2. You can set DS to 1 to backup the DS savegames, or to 0 to skip them
3. You can set GBA to 1 to backup the GBA savegames, or to 0 to skip them
4. You can set Zero to 0 to backup all savegames, or to 1 to backup only the savegames with an ".0" extension. (is used for DS & GBA)

Installation
1. Just copy the "autorun.inf" and "G6-backup.exe" to the root of your G6 Lite.
2a. Run the program by doubleclicking on it.
2b. Run the program by rightclicking on your 'G6 Lite drive' in 'My Computer' and choosing "Backup all G6 Lite savegames".
3. After the copying, the program presents a list of all savegames that were backed up.

Let me know if I forgot something or if you want an extra feature or if it doesn't work for you.
Currently on my todo-list is the possibility to only copy the savegames from the G6 if the date is newer than the one in the backupfolder.

This is a great program! I didn't notice this thread about the new version -- I was still using the older one from the other DS Save Backup thread.

I added this line to my Autorun.inf though:

Shell=open

So that when I double click on the icon in My Computer it opens it for browsing rather than directly running to the Save Backup.
I don't know if this is an anomaly of my computer, or a common thing, but it's an easily remedied situation with that line.
