I plug in the adapter thing and it works fine but when i put my g6 it doesnt detect it and it ask me if i want to format it. I say yes but it says no disk detected. any help is apreciated

whenever you see the Green text, press L+R+START+SELECT, then format from there THEN use MPUTLITY and use default settings, then copy back your folders.
