Hacking fullbrick need a game with 3.4

my wii is still bricked (PAL FW 3.3) since a few weeks and i need a game with firmware-update 3.4 so...

... which game has the 3.4 update?

maybe deadly creatures?

a copy of de blod killed it.

no update, nothing just a blackscreen. after rebooting manually, only the blackscreen too..

i'm using savemiifrii (gc-controller).
and it seems that it's working (shows the fw on the right side). only need a game.

that rescue method will only work if you have installed the starfall patch that disabled the diagnostic disc check, and the twilight hack must also still be on nand

really? i thought that i have to put in the game with a higher fw. the fw will be installed and i have my wii back?
hbc is installed nothing more.

Guess you need a modchip now sorry.

Unless you have cIOS30, (or cIOSCORP/SoftMii which include it), a cIOS249 patched system menu, or preloader installed.

Black screen doesn't sound like a full brick to me.....

'full brick' usually means the opera error!

Check -> http://savemii.net/troubleshooting.html and follow the flow chart. It seems more likely that it's a faulty bluetooth module.

If you don't have the starfall diagnostic patch you're screwed.
You'll definitively need a modchip.

On which fw you're on? 3.3v1 or 3.3v2 ?

If you're on 3.3v2 (the FW that has fixed trucha bug) you should see this topic

If you're on 3.3v1 you can simply autorun a trucha signed wad manager or HBC disc.
to the reinstall the sysmenu...

both cases need a modchip.

Have you ever considered that it could have been a coincidence that your Wii stopped working then?

If you were using a backup launcher, then it's impossible to install an update anyway - and the main causes of bricks of varying types are out-of-region updates and installing WADs with broken banners. Neither of those normally presents as a black screen on boot.

Agreed - Probably a co-incidence... If I were you, I'd be trying re-seating the bluetooth module first of all!

Good for you! Can't say I've ever heard of the bluetooth module giving anyone problems before. Is it very common?
