uhh it's obvious using just a little common sense just watching the MGS 3DS video in 2D that some of that stuff is meant to jump out at you, I.E. the hornet, the snake, the falling rock the grabbing hand all point to this. Also there is proof enough in testimonials Gamerant talks about all kinds of things poping off the screen and i don't see why they would lie or why Nintendo would Make a 3D console and not allow things to jump off the screen, that does not make sense.Rydian said:It could be depth or popping out depending on the method used._Chaz_ said:Isn't that what 3D is?Rydian said:THe only one I had heard of was depth, which was the reason the guy in one of the videos kept turning it around to look at the back side, due to the illusion that it had depth where there was none.Ssx9 said:Not to be rude, dude, but there were testimonies from people at E3 that the 3D wasn't only depth version, in the MGS3D Demo.
We can't really see for ourselves online so right now all we have to go on is testimonies from E3 and such.
You say its depending on which method used? well most methods of 3D tech do just that full 3D meaning depth of objects moving away from as well as toward the viewer. All sorts of people who did see the device walked away saying its the best 3D effect they had ever seen. click here then look for the video testimonials to see what i mean. Trust me its both and when you see it for your self you will prolly be blown away
