SaveMii or SaveMiiFrii(GC controller method) wont work as there is no system menu IOS...

EDIT: I guess you´re pretty new to this Wii hacking stuff... so have you tried to hold down RESET when starting the Wii? Curiosity... This will bring up Priiloader.

No, you need BootMii for doing this.
You have to wait for a Disc with a Firmware 4.2 Update to unbrick it with the Disc through the Update

if i'm correct new mario bros wii has 4.2

No, its 4.1 on it. On the PAL release.

strange without update protection it asks to update if on 4.1 :s maybe just the ios files then...

Ya probably... I checked with Wiiscrubber and found nothing which would be 4.2 specific.

Hang on what exactly did you do before it was bricked - in one post you say you did a NAND backup and in another you say you installed Priiloader? Which did you do last?
Do you have Bootmii files on your SD card - how else can you perform a NAND backup?
As for priiloader you have to press AND hold the reset button on startup not just simply press it.
This could just be a case of incorrect TV system installed on Bootmii which can be changed in the config files of Bootmii in your SD card (if you have indeed installed it) so if you have a SD card in your Wii remove it for now.
It is difficult to properly diagnose a problem if the information you provide is so limited as I fail to see how installing Priiloader or Bootmii can brick a Wii unless the power was interrupted during the install process.

Yeah, you have to press the power button and then IMMEDIATELY press AND hold the reset button for a few seconds.

but cant i use save mii to restore nand backup which i have made
ehmmm...full brick doesn't mean you cannot access priiloader menu.

A full brick means serious damage to the Wii's System Menu or it's IOS, and if Priiloader isn't seriously different from what Preloader is used to be, that means you can not access it at all.
