do you have the right version? there is an ftpii by itself btw from what I remember. if you have the wrong version of ftpii u everywhere, all you can access is the sd card. do you make any connection? are you using something like filezilla? if so, do the partitions appear on screen, just can't access them? that's indicative of the wrong version. Fix94 is the dev behind haxchi/cbhc. dimok is the one behind the mocha one.

you should be able to tell which one you have by opening the meta.xml file. it should have the dev(s) name.
