Hacking FSD3 does boot sometimes

I have a Xbox 360 Slim RGH with FSD3.It booted every time back then but now it boots sometimes and sometimes not when it doesnt boot it freezes after the boot animation.

Likely to be something with the wiring.
If you installed the chip yourself, check if the CPU_RST wire isn't going near any MOSFETS.

But the official dash boots everytime.

I've had it happen once.
Installed RGH2 into a Slim and the thing booted fine.
After a while it started freezing in games and freezing upon boot even.
The MS dash booted fine however.

Thing that cured it was to reposition the CPU_RST wire.
After that It didn't give anymore problems.

Everything works beside FSD3 xexmenu works perfectly when i start it from the official dash but i give it a look after the CPU_RST wire.

Just make sure you keep that wire (and every other wire) away from MOSFETS, voltage regulators and capacitors.
Reinstalling FSD could work but I doubt it's the case.

I had xbdm.xex installed now my xbox is opened and now it works thanks.

Made sure the wiring is secured with dabs of glue so it can't shift or electrical tape?

Selected xexmenu as default and it booted 3 times in a row.

Most of the freezing issues come from the wires in RGH installs.
You could try and reinstall FSD, perhaps replacing the internal HDD but I doubt it'll make a difference.

Tell me your dashboard and dashlaunch versions please.

Try the following, open your launch.ini and put this in there:

bootdelay = 0x1E

And see if you get non crashing boots.

Can i set it in dashlaunch or do i need to edit it in the launch.ini
