Homebrew Front-End for Emulators on the DS?

Is There a Front-end for retro-emulators on the DS?

Front-End = A Graphical User Interface that allows you to:

• View cover-art / game info (such as file size, release date, etc)
• use multiple emulators in one UI
• manage game saves

I know that people have created emulators/plugins that work with moonshell, but moonshell is quite limited in it's ability to view game info / cover art, and only a few emulators are compatible with it.
Is there a better front-end for emulators on the DS?

The DS only has 4MB of RAM, don't wanna' squander it with that kind of stuff.

By using argv xD (though I think extlink is much more convenient for me).

I really dig browsing boxart for games and the convenience of being able to boot and play 'em without launching the emu first.
I use the SCDStwo exclusive BAGplug that's got support for coverart and icons for a bunch of emulators, and they will direct launch a selected game.
