Hello. I recently softmodded a Wii for friend. I live in the PAL territory but his Wii is NTSC, so things like date/time, video settings and region settings are all messed up. I want to change the firmware to 4.3E and I heard I can do so by using AnyRegion Changer, but I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do and since the Wii doesn't support BootMii as boot2 I don't want to risk doing something I'm not supposed to be doing, like bricking my friend's Wii...
Is it as simple as changing one thing and then installing 4.3E using a WAD installer? Or are there other things that need to be done? Thanks!
