Hacking Frogtool booting in black screen

Hi I was modding my O3DS XL and I arrived the part of frogminer inject and boot.

After Injecting that Japanese game I clicked on boot but it boots up in a black screen and I'm forced to reboot.

Is it a console problem?

That typically means you already have cfw.

Try booting DS download play normally. Go to 3ds download play then tap the bottom button. Don't install boot9strap yet if you get that far.
Just report back what happens.
