Ive searched all over the net but no one seems to have the same issue. After I get to the main menu and i click on SD card and then the face that takes you to the dual screen, it wont let me get past the frog icon on the bottom left. Once i click on it, the frog just jumps back and forth and doesnt let me continue to the film reel that I see on the tutorial images. Ive tried everything and formatted and done it all over again multiple times but it still wont work, im not sure what im doing wrong. The firmware for the 3ds is 11.9.0.42-E. It just lets me draw on the bottom screen and then freezes after a few seconds and I have to hard reset. Id be really gracious if anyone can guide me on what to do, thanks!
